Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Ketuatoto ("ketuatoto", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ketuatoto website located at https://ketuatoto.cam and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with ketuatoto, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Ketuatoto enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities on the Platform. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies uniformly to all users.
2. You must be registering and using the Platform voluntarily and on your own behalf. Registration on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

5. You must not have a prior account that was closed, suspended, or terminated by ketuatoto for any breach of these Terms.
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balance.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and Malaysian mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Ketuatoto will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices;
• Notify ketuatoto's support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access.

Ketuatoto reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) at any stage of account operation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary restriction or permanent closure of the account.

Deposits & Payment Methods

Ketuatoto accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels, subject to availability and applicable processing terms:

• E-Walets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay — minimum depositRM30; typically credited instantly upon confirmation.
• Online Banking / FPX: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Online — minimum deposit RM30; credited within 5–15 minutes subject to bank processing.
• DuitNow: Instant transfer via registered bank account — minimum deposit RM30.

All deposits must originate from payment instruments registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or anonymised payment instruments may be declined and are subject to additional verification. Ketuatoto reserves the right to return deposits if KYC requirements are not satisfied.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment instruments registered in your own name and that match your verified account details. Ketuatoto does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

1. Your account must have completed full KYC verification, including submission and approval of valid government-issued photo identification;
2. Any active bonus funds must have met the applicable wagering requirements in full;
3. The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed any applicable daily, weekly, or monthly limit applicable to your account tier;
4. Your account must be in good standing with no active security investigations or disputes;
5. Minimum withdrawal amount of RM50 per request applies across all methods.

Indicative processing times by method are as follows:Touch 'n Go eWallet / Boost / GrabPay — under 5 minutes (Instant); DuitNow / FPX bank transfer — 5 to 15 minutes (Fast); Direct bank wire — 15 to 60 minutes (Standard). These are indicative ranges and may vary during periods of high volume or additional verification requirements.

Ketuatoto reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time. Players will be notified promptly if additional documentation is required.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by ketuatoto are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the relevant promotion. In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms and the promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• One welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, email address, and payment method;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Uncompleted bonuses will expire automatically;
• Bonus funds and any winings derived solely from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met;

• Abuse of bonus systems — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay — constitutes grounds for bonusfeiture and account review.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the ketuatoto Platform are governed by the sport- and market-specific rules published within the Platform's betting section. The following general rules apply across all markets:

• A bet is only confirmed once an acceptance confirmation and a unique Bet ID have been issued by the Platform. Unconfirmed bets carry no monetary obligation.
• Odds are accurate at the time of confirmation but may be adjusted for in-play markets up to the moment of bet acceptance.
• Ketuatoto reserves the right to void any bet where obvious technical error, manifest pricing error, or system fault has resulted in materially incorrect odds being offered.
• In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport rules displayed on the Platform.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per event and per player account and are displayed within the relevant market. Ketuatoto reserves the right to limit the staking activity of any account without providing a reason.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to available market liquidity. Ketuatoto does not guarantee continuous in-play availability for any market.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ketuatoto Platform. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance without compensation:

• Use of automated betting systems,ots, scripts, or any software designed to place bets without direct human input;
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any arrangement with another party to manipulate the outcome of any betting market;
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the Platform to conceal, convert, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity;
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing account limits, self-exclusion measures, or bonus restrictions;
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification;
• Intimidation, harassment, or abusive communication directed at Platform staff or other users;
• Any action intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform's systems or infrastructure.

Ketuatoto reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct to relevant authorities as required by applicable international compliance obligations.

Account Suspension & Closure

Ketuatoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within required timeframes;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• Court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a competent authority;
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant and subject to an administrative maintenance fee of RM10 per month, deducted from any available balance.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ketuatoto support. Upon closure of an account with no pending disputes or unmet wagering obligations, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ketuatoto, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Technical failures, system downtime, or internet connectivity issues outside ketuatoto's reasonable control that result in delayed or failed bet placement or withdrawal processing;
• Loss arising from your failure to maintain account credential security;
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or e-wallet providers in connection with your transactions;
• Any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, ketuatoto's total liability to you shall not exceed the aggregate value of deposits made by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ketuatoto holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If negotiation fails to produce a resolution within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ketuatoto from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent fraud.

Amendments to These Terms

Ketuatoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. The revised Terms will display an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.
